The role you’ll contribute:

The Analytics Manager – Insights & Analytics will possess a unique blend of analytical prowess, expertise in modern Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and technical knowledge in programming and data management. The Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in extracting actionable insights from complex datasets and transforming them into visually compelling reports and dashboards. Motivated and analytical with a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions through data-driven innovation and strategic insights.

The value that you bring to the team:

· Cleanse, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to uncover meaningful patterns, trends, and correlations.

· Design and implement insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and data requirements.

· Coordinates with other developers on the team to build and share knowledge, ensuring consistent delivery of information and data across all reporting

· Conduct thorough data quality assessments and ensure data integrity throughout the reporting process.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis, BI technologies, and data management.

· Aid data engineering in maintaining robust data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

· Document development process and maintain guidelines for usage of internal and external reporting packages and visualizations.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Math, Business or a related field with 8 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

· Master’s degree preferred or equivalent.

· Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on creating insightful reporting and data visualization.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Attention to detail and a passion for driving data-driven decision-making within the organization.

· Strong skills in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and demonstrated ability to build interactive dashboards and reports.

· Proficiency with programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, or R, with experience in data manipulation, scripting, and automation.

· Solid understanding of database concepts, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

· Manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
