The role you’ll contribute:
The Operations Specialist for Consumer Advocacy provides support to all operations within the space, connecting and collaborating with both internal and external parties driving toward overall success of the business. This role will be integral in the continued service delivery of Care Advocacy and other Consumer Quality services and initiatives. The Operations Coordinator will work as a conduit between teams to ensure the right information is available and presented effectively for meetings, including team meetings and high level executive meetings within the organization. Operations Coordinator role will assist in "telling the story" of Consumer Quality services and will be able to weave anecdotes and interactions with consumers into tangible business outcomes and consumer benefits. This role will support others on the team to create an inclusive, collaborative, engaging and fulfilling work environment.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Provide Operations support for Care Advocacy and Consumer facing operations with an eye toward consistently telling the story of these services
Support existing and newly identified operations
Leverage dashboard data to review and visualize information in a way that supports executive decision making
Partner with other operations team members to identify and understand needs, priorities, and offer value across multiple work streams
Seek new and unique ways to display the value of the Consumer Quality operations
Seek opportunities to uncover consumer needs and partner with team members to create plans to execution
Support creation of new processes for Care Advocacy and Consumer Quality services
Monitor service performance and escalate issues as needed
Serve as a conduit between Consumer Quality team and Marketing/Comms team, driving toward the necessary business outcomes and ensure alignment across key messaging and deliverables
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications :
2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
2 years of experience in content creation, research, process creation or data visualization
1 year of experience in a service delivery setting
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communications or related Field
Preferred qualifications :
Process improvement
Strong understanding of AdventHealth network
Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office products
Ability to research effectively and understand processes and workflows
Organizational skills, with emphasis on delivering work within designated timelines while maintaining strong initiative and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Sense of urgency related to executive requests
Ability to think quickly and individually handle stressful situations; flexible, self-motivated and adaptable
Results oriented always striving to understand the needs of various stakeholders
