Shift: 9 AM-5PM and As needed

The role you’ll contribute:

The Practice Supervisor is responsible for the business operations of their assigned Primary Care Network practice. Provides leadership to front desk registration, referrals, phone answering team members. The Practice Supervisor will lead the operations for practices with 1-2 providers. Responsible for favorable results related throughput, front end collections, answering scheduling calls, referral management, patient experience, staff satisfaction, and throughput at the front desk.

· Ensures workflow optimization and effectiveness for the team which includes Physicians, APPs, and staff. Participates in and co leads daily, effective huddles (including Daily Management Boards) within the practice.

Qualifications - External

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

· High School degree, or GED

· 3 years experience working in a medical group practice

· Or equivalent experience in a medical group practice

· Current, valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Preferred qualifications:

· Associates degree
