The role you’ll contribute:
The role of the System Modality Program Manager of Ancillary Services is to support the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and oversight of the governance functions among ancillary services including Lab, Pharmacy, Radiation Oncology, Radiology and Respiratory. This individual is an integral member of the system ancillary leadership team overseeing integration and development of ancillary governance; ensuring effective organization so that the strategy and objectives set forth by system ancillary governance are implemented in a timely and efficient manner. The Modality Program Manager is expected to have a deep understanding of the ancillary governance functions and will have leadership responsibility for managing and overseeing the operations of the governance process. This individual should be aware of the external forces impacting standardization among all regions within the ancillary services. This individual will report to the Sr. Modality Program Manager.

Engages and manages cross-functional teams during the system ancillary services governance process to identify roles and responsibilities, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and schedules to ensure resolution and execution of determined system governance ancillary strategies
Manages governance project status communication to project teams and stakeholders via periodic updates and formal progress reports
Identifies and analyzes data to determine organizational trends and performance opportunities as necessary for successful ancillary governance
Creates and maintains comprehensive ancillary governance documentation and tracking
Interfaces directly with governance stakeholders to track progress and identify issues related to achieving project deadlines
Manages day-to-day tasks and deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness of system service line governance work
Tracks governance project progress towards meeting objectives as well as identifies and mitigates possible deviations from established plans and timelines
Develops high-level reports and presentations for executive team
Directly interfaces with physicians and senior leadership for alignment, assuring ancillary services stability and growth
Serve as an active business partner with the Ancillary Services Governance leaders and Physician/Operational SMEs in the strategic development and vision of ancillary services across the company
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Minimum of two (2) years in progressive programmatic or entry-level management experience in the healthcare field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a health care setting.
