Schedule: Part Time - Tues, Thurs, & Fri 8am to 4:30pm

Shift - Shift/Hours subject to change due to coverage needed for Full Time techs on PDO - could be 8,10, or 12 hour shifts (schedule built out 6 weeks in advance)

The role you’ll contribute: Prepares and organizes pharmacy medications by name and dosage, as listed on patient orders. To provide safe and accurate medication services and to support all those involved in direct patient care.

The value you’ll bring to the team

• ·Actively performs all pharmacy technician functions and maintains active proficiency

• ·Maintains operational expertise in and actively provides coverage of the technician services provided by

o Central Pharmacy

o IV Room

o Delivery

o Controlled Substances

• ·Oversees appropriate utilization of medication automation, technology, and computer systems

• ·Accurately oversees the management of medication inventories and the preparation and delivery of patient‐specific medication doses

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• High school degree

• Registered Pharmacy Technician in their respective state

• Current certification from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or from the Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ICPT)
