Shift : 10 HR Shifts, Occasional Call (30 minute-Requirement) 5p-7a, Rotating Weekends

The role you’ll contribute:

Performs diagnostic procedures to assess cardiac structures and hemodynamics, in accordance with accepted protocols.

Which Includes but not limited to echocardiogram, transesophageal, stress echocardiogram, pediatric echocardiogram.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Maintains supply inventory and restocks to maintain proper operating levels

· Sets up and adjusts imaging equipment, while manually maneuvering transducers to perform exams

· Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures

· Performs routine and complex studies, in addition to assisting with a variety of imaging procedures

· Recognizes significant structures, artifacts, pathology, and equipment limitations

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

· Technical/Vocational School 0 years experience

· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

· Diagnostic Sonographer Credentialing accepted from:

American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), and

Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), and

Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (ACS)

OR

Echocardiography – Adult

Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or

Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)

OR

Echocardiography-Fetal

Fetal Echocardiography (FE)

OR

Echocardiography – Pediatric

Pediatric Echocardiography (PE) (RDCS) or

Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS)

OR

Vascular Ultrasound

Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or

Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS)
