Work Hours/Shift:

PRN, as needed

What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Requires basic computer knowledge

  • Needs to type 30 words per minute.

Job Summary:

Ensure accounts are current to maintain maximum account follow-up to provide financial viability of all Centralized Business Office institutes.  Review accounts as prompted by reports or patient inquiry to ensure accounts are followed-up and paid or disposed of properly.

Qualifications

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Follow up all accounts with balances to ensure payment is received in a timely manner.

  • Uses the system as directed by Management to expedite payment from all responsible parties.

  • Uses the system as directed by Management to reconcile each account correctly.

  • Work area is well organized.

  • Work is appropriately prioritized on a daily basis.

  • Adapts well when changes are made to policy.

  • Responsible for effective team communication.

  • Communicates with Coordinator and/or Operations Manager any issue that causes a payment delay.

  • Consistently helps other areas as directed by Coordinator, Manager or PFS Director.

  • Maintains a positive attitude at all times.
