Work Hours/Shift:

Full time 40 hours per week

You Will Be Responsible For:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Event Planning/Catering
  • Plan meetings and take notes
  • Assist in producing creative content
  • Create presentations and reports
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Submit invoices/Accounts Payable
  • Serve as a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders

Job Summary:

The Spiritual Wellness Department is in need of a qualified candidate to fill their Administrative Assistant position. Candidates must be organized, service oriented, and comfortable in a mission-focused, spiritual environment.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide clerical support and organization to the department.  It requires the ability to handle secretarial duties of a complex nature. This position requires the ability to make independent judgments of an administrative nature at the discretion of or in the absence of Director.   The ability to create, design, organize and maintain workable files and record-keeping systems is essential.    The ability to interact with a wide variety of people, to set priorities, have flexibility in work patterns, discretion, initiative, and self-discipline are traits of prime importance.
