Work Hours/Shift:

  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Responds to basic Imaging Systems issues via ServiceNow ticketing for non-clinical applications while adhering to current service level agreement (SLA) models. (90% of job responsibilities)
  • Resolves imaging-related applications and/or hardware issues and reporting findings to end user as well as information prevent issue from occurring in future
  • Implementation of Healthcare IT Management projects s assigned by Intermediate and Senior Administrators
  • Document completed tasks for ongoing projects as well as issues and their resolution from the daily customer ticket system.
  • Complete daily and weekly updates as required
  • Attend bi-weekly team meetings. Provide feedback when presented with the opportunity to report on their respective facility.
Qualifications

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1-year healthcare IT experience or radiology experience

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Demonstrate a basic level of understanding in clinical information systems, with preference for knowledge of the AGFA/Siemens/GE/Hologic imaging, Nuance and Cerner EMR vendor systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Healthcare IT Project Management and Implementation
  • Basic ability to prioritize and complete several projects/initiatives continuous service improvements and daily Administrator support duties in the order of greatest importance with little supervision
  • Basic knowledge of Radiology PACS Systems and Healthcare IT software/hardware administration.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills, with an excellent ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills in interacting with team members, leadership and end users, in a respectful, courteous and tactful manner.

Job Summary:

The Associate Imaging Administrator of Enterprise Imaging Systems position is primarily responsible for basic level technical support for AdventHealth System PACS and imaging related applications. Responds to basic Imaging Systems issues via ServiceNow ticketing for non-clinical applications while adhering to current service level agreement (SLA) models. (90% of job responsibilities). Resolves imaging-related applications and/or hardware issues and reporting findings to end user as well as information prevent issue from occurring in future.
