You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Responsible for supporting and informing the strategic analytics vision for Digital Marketing.
  • Direct, guide, and support the analytics team to collect digital metrics from websites, social platforms, mobile, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Physician Relationship Management (PRM) systems, etc. Work with the teams to analyze findings and makes specific recommendations based on the information.
  • Identify and recommend leading edge data analytics techniques and measurement solutions to better demonstrate value and effectiveness of digital activities, and achieve revenue and strategy goals.
  • Collect, compile, and synthesize data to help the organization develop and understand KPIs and other thresholds for success.
  • Proactively look for ways to provide outstanding customer service and work closer with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to leverage digital technologies to improve business processes and support critical business strategies. 

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Math, Business or a related field with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience and advanced proficiency with MS Office, Google Analytics/Adwords/Tag Manager, Salesforce, and health-related data sets.
  • Broad experience and proficiency with statistical analysis, activation on real-time data and the 360° view of the consumer.
  • Strong conceptual knowledge of CRM/PRM systems, content management systems, browser applications, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, mobile and web analytics tools.
  • Possess the ability to clearly communicate complex data and technical information to a diverse group of stakeholders and non-technical staff.
  • Skills in large data set management, multivariate analysis, gleaning insights from data, and presenting data clearly via written and oral reports and presentations.
Job Summary:

The Analytics Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for marketing analytics and the bridge between it and health care related data sets.  They will manage the quality, insights and distribution of reporting for marketing campaigns, marketing-related revenue and projects related to marketing initiatives.  They will work to build insights and modeling to support the 360° view of the consumer and the lifetime value of a patient.  This position reports to the Senior Manager of CRM & Analytics and manages those in the role of Analytics Specialist.
