Work Hours/Shift: Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM
You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Develops an annual sales/marketing plan for territory which is updated weekly with status of sales pipeline.
  • Maintains outstanding customer retention services to existing client base and work comp carriers
  • Demonstrates effective consultative sales skills resulting in a solutions-oriented sales approach.
  • Effective in marketing occupational health and urgent care services to all corporate clients and other key community organizations as assigned.
  • Demonstrates effective consultative sales skills resulting in a solutions-oriented sales approach.

What You Will Need:

  • Two or more years’ experience in sales/marketing experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing or public relations preferred
  • Five or more years’ experience in sales/marketing field with proven results preferred
  • Occupational medicine and/or workers’ compensation experience preferred
 Job Summary:

The role of the Business Development Consultant II is to develop business opportunities for AH and AHCC within the business sector.  Thorough knowledge and understanding of the occupational and urgent care needs of the customer is essential to maximizing the benefits that AH could potentially offer.  This includes maintaining and growing existing contracts as well as identifying new opportunities to grow service offerings.  This position actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
