Work Hours/Shift:

  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Maintains and updates the corporate campus editorial calendar, proactively identifying relevant campus announcements, market stories and other engaging content for sharing through campus channels.
  • Writes and prepares day-to-day communication materials for the corporate campus team focusing on leadership engagement, deployment of internal activities, safety and security messaging and other related topics
  • Maintains and updates the corporate services Connect News Feed, proactively identifying communication opportunities and writing, editing and posting content.
  • Maintains and updates the corporate services employee info screens through the writing, editing and posting of content.
  • Maintains the corporate campus biweekly newsletter.
  • Supports other campus communication requests as needed.
  • Designs materials as needed, adhering to AdventHealth brand standards and templates.
  • Partners closely with creative team on development of communication collaterals and other graphic needs.
  • Tracks and understands corporate services distribution lists for targeted communication needs.
  • Manages the promotion, execution and follow-up of campus events, both in-person and virtual, including agenda, itinerary development and event flow.
  • Partners closely with campus administration teams on space needs, event setup and breakdown, and other physical components of events.
Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), flexibility and adaptability to change required
  • Strong writing and editorial skills
  • Graphic design skills such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, preferred

Job Summary:

The Campus Communication and Event specialist will support the communication needs of our corporate services locations through the maintenance of an editorial content calendar, targeted communication vehicles and the writing, editing, coordination and updating of various communication collaterals. This role will also be responsible for supporting the end-to-end timeline of campus events, both virtual and in-person, from promotion to day-of coordination to follow-up needs.
