AdventHealth for Children has an immediate opening for a Complex Care Pediatrician in our Adler Family Coordinated Care for Kids (CCK) program. The Complex Care Pediatrician will provide primary care for children with medical complexities (CMC) in our Complex Care Clinic, an outpatient, Patient Centered Medical Home.

This comprehensive model of care is designed to provide interdisciplinary, team-based care for children with medical complexities (CMC), technology-dependencies, and chronic and complex conditions.

Our Patient Centered Medical Home model emphasizes patient/parent-provider partnerships, shared-decision making, and goal-directed care to ensure children with special health care needs receive the best possible care, tailored to their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Board eligible/board certified in General Pediatrics is required
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience and/or training in the care of CMC or experience in intensive care and/or pulmonology.
