Schedule: Full Time – Days
The community you’ll be caring for:
- Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando
- serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America
- AdventHealth Orlando houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country
- We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year
The role you’ll contribute:
- Provides strategic financial leadership by establishing performance benchmarks and accountabilities for Post-Acute Care business units and strategies, including (Inpatient Rehabilitation, AH Home Care, AH Hospice of the Comforter, AH Home Infusion, AH Respiratory & Equipment) ensuring revenue integrity, expense management, and overall operational efficiency. All undertaken to improve business unit financial performance and sustainability, and to support the AH need for robust Post-Acute Care access for patients.
- Support Vice President of Finance for Population Health and Post-Acute Care and associated budget.
- Oversee AH Hospice of the Comforter Finance Manager, responsible for all accounting, financial planning, budgeting, capital planning, revenue cycle, and payor contracting for the net revenue business.
- Oversee AH Home Care Joint Venture, responsible for all accounting, financial planning, budgeting, capital planning, revenue cycle, and payor contracting for the net revenue business.
- Provide financial oversight to Inpatient Rehabilitation. Guides financial due diligence for free-standing facility.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, healthcare administration or finance related field
- Five (5) years of healthcare experience
- Three (3) years of healthcare management experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Master’s degree in business, accounting, healthcare administration or finance related field
- Previous experience in post-acute healthcare management
