You Will Be Responsible For:   
  • Responsible for driving the aspirational outcome of a people-centered care delivery model improving quality of life for individuals and groups by providing wholistic, efficient and effective care across a seamless continuum.
  • Strategic visionary leader by integrating whole person health with business development practices that make a significant and sustainable difference in improving quality, costs, and service delivery standards for patients, providers, and payors.
  • Responsible for the maturation of the CIN strategy, operations and culture in which it’s the desire to be the first choice of services for patients, providers and payers in its market.
  • Responsible for the Strategy and Leadership for Precision Health Services includes the Diabetes, Obesity and Endocrinology Institute (AHDOEI), Pharmacy Management and Behavioral and Social Health. Responsible for the Clinically Integrated Network (Central Florida Division North & South) through deep integration, quality performance, low cost and consumer facing service standards that enhance convenience, connection and completeness by providing on demand access to evaluation and management services. These services will surround the clinician with the appropriate resources to address the biopsychosocial aspects of their patients enhancing clinical outcomes, patient experience and lowering total cost of care.
  • Executes effectively through collaborations with multiple key stakeholders within IHS, ACS and PHSO on strategic prioritization and delivery of care transitions, care coordination, performance of post-acute narrow network, development of palliative program and other such programs or initiatives critical to success in managing populations and at-risk lives.
What You Will Need:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management or related field

Experience Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management or related field


  • Six years in the healthcare field
  • Four years of leadership experience in healthcare

Job Summary:

Provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational execution to AdventHealth Population Health (AHPH), the Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) for Central Florida Division North and South Regions, Operational oversight for Bundled Payments along with the Chief of Staff to the SVP of Population Health, Post-Acute Care, and CMO of Integrated Health Services. Population Health is defined as “A model that delivers high quality, people-centered care through highly efficient and effective processes at every venue of care throughout a highly aligned, meaningfully connected ecosystem throughout a patient’s lifetime.” This position is accountable for the strategy and operational delivery of established structures, protocols and systems that drive the population health model and transforms the system into an integrated delivery network. This includes the AH Diabetes Institute, along with divisional responsibilities for Precision Health, Bundled Payments, Post-Acute services and the CIN. Ensures financial models provide a solid foundation that mitigates risk, maximizes incentive and controls for variable expenses within the organization for increasing lives. Drives performance in quality, utilization, and service delivery expectations which includes connected, convenient and complete care. Accountable for creation of strategy and operational delivery of established protocols and systems including but not limited to analytics, care management, meaningful interoperability, network development, communications, education, and CDI. Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plans and to all rules and regulations of applicable local, state, and federal agencies and regulatory bodies.
