Work Hours/Shift:
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Performs nursing skills safely and competently.
- Performs patient data collection in a holistic manner.
- Provides accurate and complete documentation.
- Schedules daily visits to facilitate patient needs.
- Plans patient care in consultation with Registered nurse.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
- Currently licensed in the State of Florida.
- Valid Florida driver’s license, safe driving record and reliable transportation.
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS).
- One (1) N year of medical/surgical experience.
Job Summary:
Provides vocational nursing services under the supervision of an RN, to patients in their homes.
