Work Hours/Shift:


You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Receive and distribute work orders
  • Distribute work orders to appropriate tech or trade
  • Close out work completed work orders
  • Record all PM activities on all equipment in PM schedules
  • Inventory and control of all spare parts

What You Will Need:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Summary:

Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair.  Is responsible for the work order management portion of the maintenance program.  Receives and distributes work orders as they come in, distributes work requests to various trades within Engineering Services to assure timely compliance of work.  Works with staff to research, identify, order, receive, and closeout repair parts for all related equipment in the Engineering mechanical systems. The work order/inventory control Manager works in conjunction with the Engineering Coordinator and the Facilities Director to assure timely completion of projects, work orders, and special requests from all service lines. Works with the Engineering staff to identify needed parts and is responsible for the ordering and receiving of these parts.  Maintains par levels of renewable items such as filters, light bulbs, nuts, bolts, screws, etc.
