Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business, Communications or Marketing, or related experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experiences in Advertising, Business, Communications or Marketing, or related field.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Analytical & Organizational Capacity – Ability to asses and organize processes, procedures, and company resources.
  • Understanding of Consumer Experience - Familiar with consumer behaviors and understand what drives a consumer action.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Trends & Practice – Must be adept at determining if marketing campaigns will be successful, so they should have in-depth knowledge of current trends.
  • Time & Project Management - Able to manage their time efficiently with experience and capacity to  handle multiple projects at once.
  • Relationship Minded – Values interpersonal relationships, and utilizes them to galvanize people and processes in a way that advances Marketing strategies.

Job Summary:

The Manager of Corporate Accounts provides marketing counsel and support to assigned corporate-based departments, including, but not limited to: Corporate Communications, Events, Executive Office, Human Resources, Information Technology, Mission & Ministry and Patient Experience. The primary responsibilities of position are to oversee client relationships, define and execute marketing strategies, and serve as primary liaison between the client and internal marketing resources. Additionally, the position also supports the planning and execution of corporate-wide communication strategies for system marketing campaigns. The Manager of Corporate Accounts possesses strong relationship and organizational skills and has the ability to strategically align marketing practices with organizational goals. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounts.
