Work Hours/Shift:   Full Time / Day                                                                                            
You Will Be Responsible For:   
  • Ability to work independently utilizing effective problem-solving skills to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, seeking senior marketing leadership for guidance and support as needed.
  • Proven management experience and advanced organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to meet objectives and deadlines in a face-paced work environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skills to effectively manage integrated marketing programs, to include: marketing planning; volume driving strategies; creative concepting and execution; corporate communications; digital and social media; development of media stories, effective project management, event planning; community sponsorships and outreach, and research analysis.
  • Effective collaborator able to drive accelerated results through sharing of ideas and building strong cross- and inter-departmental relationships with executives, staff, physicians, and/or community partners.
  • Consistent and effective project management and organization skills with continued focus on professional development.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
What Will You Need:        
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years marketing experience, with minimum of one (1) year employee management and/or complex project management experience
  • Track record of developing and managing fully integrated marketing initiatives, with proven results
  • Experience in budget management

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Medicare and Insurance Marketing
    • Payor or health system
    • Medicare Advantage Plans
  • Government Regulatory
    • Could be non-health system
  • Member engagement
    • Could be non-health system
      • AAA, time share, financial services, insurance – any member-driven system where they need to take action
  • Physician marketing experience, preferred Physician-to-Physician
  • Physician practice marketing
    • Engaging consumers to choose our physicians/practices
  • Writing experience – creative and/or technical
Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager/Managed Care works with the Marketing Senior Manager and/or Marketing Director, to manage day-to-day marketing planning and execution for key service lines and/or market specific and network/regional strategies. Applies working knowledge of market research, analytics and intel to develop and organize plans that competitvely differentiate AdventHealth and ensures the growth of volume, market share, share of spend and overall brand awareness. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to advance AdventHealth’s strategic vision. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
