Work Hours/Shift:


You Will Be Responsible For:

•         Presents and sells products and services to current and potential members

•         May assist in the preparation and sale of food and drinks in the Wellness Center Café area

•         Builds and maintains relationships with existing members to reduce attrition levels. Assists members with billing changes, bridges, freezes or other changes in membership status. Assists in the resolution of disputes regarding memberships

•         Processes all inquiries pertaining to membership while encouraging enrollment, and marketing the Wellness Center. Responsible for tours and assigned member sales duties

•         Responsible for Point of Sale (POS) operations

•         May perform Spa booking procedures, educates guests about spa, and encourages spa club membership

•         Organizes displays, restocks shelves and drinks, and keeps the environment clean and organized

•         Responsible for notifying appropriate departments for any work order, as well as, Environmental Services for any services needed

•         Performs other duties as assigned

•    Must be able to read, write, speak, and have good comprehension of conversational English 

•    Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Summary:

The Member Services Representative engages in all customer service activities which may include membership sales, front desk, café and shop/store front to ensure that optimum efficiency and customer service is provided to members and guests. Builds and retains relationships with existing members and clients in an effort to assist with stabilizing membership base and improving retention.
