Organizational Transformation Change Partner -AdventHealth Maitland

Location Address: 901 N Lake Destiny Rd., Maitland, FL 32751 
Work Hours/Shift:
  • Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Develop change strategies and governance processes while creating and implementing change plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
  • Provide organizational transformation change consulting across the organization to support leaders and teams in achieving best in class application of Florida Hospital’s suite of change tools and strategies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for transformation initiatives to ensure ongoing change agility and speed of adoption while managing resistance to organizational change.
  • Interact regularly with senior leaders across the system to ensure alignment and buy-in for all change initiatives.
  • Execute on change management initiatives to support full life-cycle of change efforts from assessment to implementation to sustainment and impact analysis. Ensure the appropriate application of change management methodology and tools to achieve optimal results and business outcomes.

What You Will Need:
  • 3+ years of communications and change management, transformation experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in organization development, human resources management, business or a related field
  • Certified in at least one professional certification such as Organizational Development, Culture, Change or Organization Design
    • OR Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience leading full lifecycle change management projects 
  • Experience leading and executing against a complex, comprehensive communications plan 
  • Track record of delivering at C-Suite level, major business change programs including executive alignment and stakeholder management 
  • Master’s degree in related field of study (Preferred)
  • Certification in Prosci Change Methodology (Preferred)
Job Summary:

The Organizational Transformation Change Partner is responsible for partnering with organizational leaders, human resources and project teams to drive business-critical change initiatives. The primary focus of this role will be to develop change strategies and governance processes while creating and implementing change plans.  The position will minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement by driving faster adoption and higher proficiency with changes impacting employees.  The role will engage the organization at all levels to ensure desired business results are achieved or exceeded. Integrates and leverages AdventHealth culture framework (mission, vision, values, service standards) to shape and synchronize communications and project management
