Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Responsible for the recruitment of qualified physicians for Well 65+employment
  • Assists in the development of strategic physician recruitment plans for the institution
  • Ensures recruitment practices are in keeping with accepted legal practice
  • Manages ad placement for specific needs for Well 65+
  • Keeps internet listings current
  • Keeps membership in appropriate physician recruitment organizations
Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or other related field
  • Minimum of three years of Recruiting or Physician Service experience
  • Master’s degree in applicable field Preferred
  • Healthcare operations or onboarding experience Preferred

Job Summary:

Coordinates a comprehensive physician and mid-level recruitment program to ensure an adequate complement of physicians in accordance with the needs and goals of Well 65+. Responsible for the development and implementation of provider onboarding process, managing the overall relationship with the provider throughout the experience and coordinating communication between the various involved departments. Is responsible for the successful transition of new providers joining Well 65+ via new employment and practice acquisition. Oversees credentialing process for all new providers, ensures onboarding timelines are met, and coordinates processes related to acquisitions and relocations
