Work Hours/Shift: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm; Fri 8am-3pm

You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Utilizes process improvement methodology to approach and solve identified problems/projects and manage the implementation of solutions to improve workflow efficiency
  • Facilitates the development of project and deployment plans in accordance with organizational strategic and operational initiatives. Includes the identification of project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Develops, engages, and manages cross functional teams during the project management process to identify roles and responsibilities, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, schedule, and to ensure resolution execution
  • Identifies and analyzes data to determine organizational trends and performance opportunities
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
  • Interfaces directly with project stakeholders to track progress and identify issues related to achieving project deadlines 

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration or related discipline, required
  • Two years of experience in healthcare, project management or related expertise, required
  • Operations management experience or combination of experience on large scale projects and education, preferred
  • Lean Performance Improvement Certification, preferred
  • Certification in a relevant performance improvement or project management methodology, preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Suite computer proficiency; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Highly organized and great attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently or with a team with minimal supervision
  • Professional attitude and conduct.  Trustworthy and works with discretion
  • Willing to learn new technology or processes
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively to carry out job requirements

The Project Manager, reporting to the Director, is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects aligned with organizational strategy, commitments, and goals.
