 Work Hours/Shift:
  • Part time; Thursday and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Provides exemplary customer service and accurate assistance to visitors and callers for Florida Hospital Centra Care Corporate office.
  • Responsible for the sorting and distribution of all incoming mail for the corporate office.  Separates corporate accounts, correspondence and checks; identifies insurance payer and distributes to the appropriate party.
  • Supports PFS department with the processing of all returned mail and distributes to the appropriate party for correction.
  • Assists the marketing department and/or clinics with campaign initiatives and events by providing accurate information to callers and routing new business inquiries.
  • Performs general office duties – directs deliveries to appropriate party, oversees maintenance of common areas (reception, lobby and employee break room).

Qualifications
What You Will Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalency
    • General secretarial skills
 Job Summary:

The Receptionist, under supervision, will serve as facilitator for efficient, effective flow of information to guests, clients, employees and physicians who need direction to specific areas and/or offices for all Florida Hospital Centra Cares.  Maintains an aura of congeniality and hospitality in all communications and provides exceptional customer service to our clients.  In cooperation with supervisor(s) and other support staff, maintains current and accurate information required for efficient responses to callers / visitors and workflow.
