Work Hours/Shift:

Full-Time/4 by 10s (Friday-Monday) to supervise the weekend personnel

You Will Be Responsible For:
Hires, coaches, evaluates and terminates staff as needed.  
Ensures staff satisfaction meets or exceeds organizational targets.
Controls salary and non-salary expenses at or below budget.
Meets or exceeds productivity targets.
Participates in designated leadership and organizational functions as defined by organization.
Actively participate in professional development and leadership activities to facilitate individual as well as departmental growth and development.
Manages daily operations of department (outpatient physical, occupational, speech, and cardiopulmonary service lines)
What You Will Need:

  • Two or more years of Supervisor/leadership experience preferred.
  • At minimum, Bachelors Degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy required
  • At least two (2) years clinical experience required. 

  • Masters Degree or Doctorate Degree preferred

Job Summary:

This position contributes to the mission of AdventHealth Ocala and the goals of the department by providing supervision for staff and day to day operations in assigned areas.  Additional responsibilities include providing skilled therapy to appropriately referred patients.  Reports to OP Rehab Manager.
