Research Experience and Content Specialist – Research Institute - Orlando

The Research Experience and Content Specialist is a talented, highly energetic, and creative individual. This individual will help support the dynamic growth of the AdventHealth Research Institute (AHRI). This role will be responsible for collaboration with departments on the AHRI website content, faculty profiling, annual report and other structured and planned projects. This role will help drive brand awareness and oversee the user experience for sponsors, participants, and stakeholders. This individual will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
This role will oversee the creation and design of collateral for web, social media, video, and print. It will involve updating and maintaining the user experience for AHRI. These projects facilitate an online experience for campaigns, marketing, developing, and increasing awareness of faculty profiles and collaborators.
Strong written and editorial content skills with the ability to create novel content and optimize user experience
Ability to interview subject matter experts and write a compelling story

In consultation with the Sr. Manager, Director, and Vice President, manages the user experience for AdventHealth collaborators, investigators, physicians, scientists, sponsors, clinical trial participants, and consumers.
Collaborates with AdventHealth marketing and leadership, to create and publish content related to web, social, and print media.
Proactively identifies opportunities to improve site usability.
Employs user-oriented design techniques and best design practices to promote positive online user experiences.
Collaborates on planning, development and implementation of communications strategies for AdventHealth Research Institute, with the objective to increase brand awareness and adoption of services, via our AHRI Website, and faculty profiling tools utilized by the Institute.
Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) to assist in the critical information that needs to be included in marketing materials for our Annual Report and websites.
Serves as a subject matter expert for faculty profiling, and content management.
Primary contact with internal teams, including medical library and digital health, and external service providers facilitating faculty matching.
Works well with data sources, from external data repositories, and application program interfaces in conjunction with IT.
Assist with development of a wide range of internal and external communication materials (web content, social, presentations, hand-outs, fast facts, video/audio, etc.)
Ensures data integrity, and quality control and collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure the website data is accurate and complete.
Communicates with the regulatory and research integrity teams for the investigator’s credentials.
Works with the Business Development Team for bios and photos of the investigators, physicians, scientists, researchers and fellows.
Review, and assess the user experience, such as the annual report, and faculty profiles. Assesses feedback via focus groups and analytical reports. Conducts environmental scans to keep abreast of the latest trends. Ensures that learnings are incorporated into the business.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve site usability, design, and overall organizational & structural quality.
Establish and maintain a network of subject matter experts and partners to support content generation and enable quick and effective problem-solving.
Works with AdventHealth channels to distribute communication materials through various approaches (articles, publications, emails, newsletters, web, social).
Works with Institute Development Team; Director, Sr. Manager, Program Manager, Program Coordinator, and other stakeholders, reporting out regularly on the achievements, critical factors, risks and obstacles.
