You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Support all Data Integrity functional areas to learn the processes and design for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Researches and enters master data in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality by managing quality assurance processes for Item Master and Supplier Master analysts
  • Lead process improvement initiatives through disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects by updating project documentation, keeping organized notes, and ensuring on time delivery of projects and tasks
  • Lead strategy, solution and design, automation, configuration management, functional testing and application tools support
  • Create business intelligence, automation, and presentation tools using Microsoft Power Apps and other tools to achieve operational efficiencies and enable revised busines processes
  • Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements
  • Determine current performance, forecast future performance and build and manage project plans to track and prioritize action items
  • Provide project level documentation such as business requirements, functional specs, technical specs, and process maps
  • Supports ad-hoc data analysis / research requests via ServiceNow tickets
  • Identify cross-functional and cross-department process and facilitate collaboration effectively
  • Assists in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Guidelines and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) 
  • Contributes to large scale data management projects to maintain data for over 100,000 items in a shared catalog; detects inconsistencies in the data and makes corrections as appropriate
  • Organize meetings and set agendas; create and present business cases to support proposed improvements
  • Coordinate information and data gathering
Qualifications

What You Will Need:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree or 5 years of related experience
  • Minimum five years of experience in data management
  • Intermediate to Advanced in Microsoft Power Apps such as Power Query and Power Automate
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to include V-Lookups, Pivot tables and various functions
  • Intermediate to Advanced Skills in Microsoft Access

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • 3+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry
  • 3+ years’ experience with medical products and packaging
  • Experience with Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) EDI
  • Experience with Supplier/Vendor management and TIN matching and background screening

 

Job Summary:

The business process automation analyst is the subject matter expert in process analysis and redesign. The senior analyst will utilize both qualitative and quantitative methods to improve Supply Chain Shared Services Data Integrity processes.  This role will lead the analysis of business processes and make recommendations to decision makers regarding opportunities that will support strategic goals. The individual in this position will be a strong communicator who is self-motivated and results driven. This person will take the lead in developing measurement strategies, reporting systems and auditing processes and will provide consulting assistance to Data Integrity leaders.
