Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Design, build and implementation of metric tracking tools as needed to ensure Epic project success
  • Design, build and implementation of processes to support Epic activity and metrics tracking across diverse markets, varied timeframes and multiple resource groups
  • Data analysis and summarization of metrics for Change Management and Communications activity
  • Ability to build reports or mine data from excel or other software systems as needed
  • Design, build and implementation of metric tracking tools as needed to ensure Epic project success
  • Design, build and implementation of processes to support Epic activity and metrics tracking across diverse markets, varied timeframes and multiple resource groups
  • Data analysis and summarization of metrics for Change Management and Communications activity
  • Prepare procedures and documentation to hand-off to project team, market or other team members as needed
  • Ability to build reports or mine data from excel or other software systems as needed
  • Works with functional managers to plan activities necessary to assist communication and change management functions
  • Oversees team specific project and readiness plans, ensures scope and approach are fully consistent and aligned to project goals and that activity is completed
  • Ensures all systems of record are kept current, and directs and monitors work effort on a regular basis including readiness plan  s, project plans, metrics, and other status tools
  • Reviews tasks estimates and actively seeks clarifications/verification to align to PMO due dates
  • Identifies and monitors key project milestones and initiates mitigation activity where necessary
  • Proactively anticipates risks and issues and ensures adequate mitigation is in place
  • Conduct event post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful/ unsuccessful elements
  • Develop content for senior level leadership including project activity status, metric, executive summaries, and presentations
  • Coordinate logistics including planning and facilitate of major events for Change Management and Communication activities including workshops, deliveries, mass surveys, and complex scheduling
  • Works closely with other teams for specific Epic activity oversight and task completion
  • Assist with facility adoption of AdventHealth best practice based on project activity and facility leadership engagement
Qualifications

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Associates Degree or higher if other minimums are met
  • Minimum three years of experience managing projects
  • Minimum of five years of experience managing metrics and data
  • Experience managing activity with a minimum of five resources assigned
  • Experience managing major events or project activity durations of at least 3 months

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
  • Extensive experience with Excel required including ability to track detailed data, build pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formatting, and queries
  • Perform analysis and assessments of data from various sources or surveys
  • Solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists
  • Multi-task changing priorities, procedures, and tools

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator reports to the Director of Change Mgmt and Communications and is responsible for planning and coordinating multiple small and medium sized events and projects from initiation to implementation with the Change Management and Communication teams. Assistance may be provided to the Readiness team where necessary.   Leads cross-functional planning meetings working with other team lead to determine and translate business requirements into project tasks, tracking tools, and logistics needs.  Responsible for managing activity related costs, decisions, risk and issues to ensure that maximum benefit is maintained as well as provision of regular status updates
