The role you’ll contribute:

The Senior Manager for Executive Communications will support the President & CEO of AdventHealth and develop communications strategies that inform, engage, inspire and positions AdventHealth as a national leader in healthcare.  The senior manager has superb writing skills and a firm understanding of the company’s business strategy and mission, which enables them to write both in both the business context and faith-based arena with authority.  The senior manager has proven experience in supporting C-suite communications and can capture the distinct voices of various leaders in speeches, video scripts, and short and long-form written messages.  The senior manager supports other executives in communicating timely and strategic news to stakeholders by developing content and collaborating with content experts. 

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Create high-quality and strategic communications and actionable engagement strategies for the AdventHealth President & CEO, and other executives as assigned.  This includes speeches, presentations, video, email, and social media to support mission, business goals and organization culture.
• Develop and implement communication plans that support the strategic priorities of the organization and Vision 2030.
• Oversee the thought leadership platform which includes social media posting, editorial writing, public speaking and podcast program.
• Work closely with communication leaders throughout the enterprise to coordinate communication efforts. 
• Serve as a consultant and strategic advisor to AdventHealth leadership, as well as marketplace communication teams.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, organizing and implementing integrated communications programs as well as writing and preparing content with an emphasis on creating speeches, presentations and written communications for targeted audiences

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• 4-year college degree in business management, public relations, journalism or communications required
• Minimum of five-years of relevant experience
