Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Support all Shared Services functions, Contact Center, Procurement, Data Integrity, AP, Accounting, and Payroll, regarding end to end process design for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead process improvement initiatives through disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects by updating project documentation, keeping organized notes, and ensuring on time delivery of projects and tasks
  • Lead strategy, solution and design, automation, configuration management, functional testing and application tools support
  • Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements
  • Determine current performance, forecast future performance and build and manage project plans to track and prioritize action items
  • Provide project level documentation such as business requirements, functional specs, technical specs, and process maps
  • Identify cross-functional and cross-department process and facilitate collaboration effectively
  • Capture and consolidate best practices and lessons learned in order to promote the application of similar process improvement opportunities
  • Organize meetings and set agendas; create and present business cases to support proposed improvements
  • Coordinate information and data gathering
  • Interface and collaborate as required with other business functions including but not limited to iSynergy, Security, SCIT, Corporate and AHS facilities
Qualifications

What You Will Need:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree and 5 years of relevant work experience required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement/quality strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supported functional area (e.g., Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, etc.)
  • Power BI
  • PowerQuery
  • Excel Script
  • VB Script
  • DAX
  • SQL
  • Low code / no code solutions
  • Proficient to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel, Visio, Captivate
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems - Peoplesoft FSCM and ServiceNow systems a plus
  • PowerAutomate (desktop/cloud)

Job Summary:

The Senior Process Analyst provides strategic business analysis to Shared Services business partners and is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end to end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. This role will lead the analysis of business processes and make recommendations to decision makers regarding opportunities that support strategic goals. The individual in this position will be a strong communicator who is self-motivated and results driven. This person will take the lead in developing measurement strategies, reporting systems and auditing processes and will provide consulting assistance to Shared Services leaders
