You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Support Supply Chain / Maintenance application(s) and iSynergy team member efforts
    • to optimize system effectiveness by improving existing business processes, productivity, efficiency and quality, maximizing their value while maintaining overall strategic priority
    • to facilitate cross-functional integration by actively participating in facility requirements gathering sessions to determine and document objectives and gaps for system implementation
    • to support all Supply Chain / Maintenance processes, forms and applications, acting as first level support and subject matter expert (SME) to internal stakeholders
    • to transfer knowledge and skills by mentoring newly trained resources on best practices and development
    • to assist with training and orientation of new team members on required tasks and project expectations.
  • Acquire, maintain and increase knowledge of Supply Chain / Maintenance business processes and practice requirements, including applications, technology, policies, procedures and applicable Supply Chain / Maintenance external laws to anticipate and define application design needs.
  • Build a stakeholder communication plan to assure effective involvement in the project:
    • Work with Business partners both functional and technical to develop functional specifications, document, build and test identified facility deployment specific processes, PeopleSoft development and practices in PeopleSoft. 
    • Act as resource/liaison to all internal and external stakeholders as directed to ensure solutions related to identified gaps are completed on time, leading to successful experience for all internal and external stakeholders
    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders with precise clarity, timeliness, honesty, and balance in oral and written communications
  • Function in a fluid environment to meet changing scope and task deadlines, to support multiple projects and/or initiatives, delivering on-time outcomes as specified within the project plan framework, including potential delays, gaps, issues or situations impacting outcomes, escalating to manager for potential plan revisions and /or remediation
  • Think strategically about the bigger picture in relation to tasks, corporate vision and the impacts on other projects and all stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree required or 10-15 years combined healthcare experience related to Supply Chain or Maintenance Management or equivalent experience may be considered
  • 2-4 years project/process design or improvement analysis, Business Analyst, Supply Chain application support
  • Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain systems/operations in Healthcare setting, preferred
  • Prefer knowledge / skills in any combination of the following:
    • Oracle PeopleSoft (or other related ERP)
    • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) specialty specific
    • System Testing to include end to end testing with thought to all stakeholders
    • System Testing/Data Modeling Applications
    • Experience with Automation Anywhere RPA or equivalent skills, as specialty area applicable
    • SQL, Business Objects (BO), and /or Reporting tools, as specialty area applicable

Job Summary:

Works under the direction of the iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Process Manager or Manager and is responsible for completing Supply Chain / Maintenance related activities including but not limited to: data conversion, functional specifications, program software system quality testing, and support within all projects whether system or operational. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of services related to the Supply Chain / Maintenance Modules.  The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst may be assigned support tickets needing resolution, as well as, perform testing in partnership with various internal and external stakeholder teams.

The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is expected to take the initiative to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is also expected to act as a resource and a subject matter expert (SME) to Supply Chain / Maintenance team. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is always expected to keep the confidentiality of the team and Senior Leadership from discussions and advanced knowledge both at work and off hours. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst must display a positive attitude toward decisions that have been made for direction, be collaborative on projects, embrace change and lead, using the company mission, vision and values, while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
