Work Hours/Shift:

  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Analyze data to identify problematic areas and processes and suggest improvements
  • Develop and maintain metrics and tools that support ongoing operational improvement initiatives
  • Track and disseminate appropriate metrics to relevant facility and Supply Chain personnel
  • Provide significant analytical input into the strategy and scope of operational improvement initiatives
  • Develop training materials and provide education via e-learning and instructor led programs to support operational improvement initiatives
  • Respond to training requests from the field, developing a plan to meet the needs
  • Collaborate and communicate with Supply Chain leadership and iSynergy teams to assist with operational and system optimization projects
Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university or college
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in data analytics
  • 1+ years’ experience doing peer-to-peer training
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Training & Development, or Related Major, preferred
  • Master’s Degree in related field, preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Supply Chain, preferred

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Operations Trainer / Analyst provides comprehensive analytical support to the Supply Chain Field Operations Support Team and Supply Chain Region Directors.  This position creates and maintains analytics tools for use by relevant facility personnel to monitor and improve operational efficiency. This position creates content and provides training to Supply Chain staff relative to daily operations
