Work Hours/Shift:

 Full Time Days

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Perform daily par cart inventories, picks order, confirms orders, and may deliver supplies to assigned par areas

  • Ensures par areas and warehouse are orderly, properly tagged and sufficiently stocked to meet customer needs

  • May assist in disbursing all materials to various locations in the facility as per established route and schedule

  • Ensure bin locations are correct and labels reflect current product number, sequence number and catalog number

  • Assist in performing cycle counts and inventory counts

  • Assist in putting away inventory items in the warehouse

  • Accurately completes the replenishment/picking process completing all associated MMIS system software tasks to ensure accurate record keeping

  • Assists with compliance and adheres to regulatory requirements (i.e., TJC, CMS, FDA, etc.)

  • May assist in receiving

  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department


What You Will Need:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members

  • Understand verbal and written instructions, read labels of safety information and hazardous chemicals

  • Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Must be able to identify, sort and count accurately

  • The ability to work independently under limited direction

  • Basic use of computers, telephones, fax machine, and scanners

  • Ability to keep work area organized

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)

Job Summary:

This position will have responsibility for the supply replenishment process of par locations; this includes, straightening, counting, picking, and stocking supplies for specific areas; then completing any paperwork or computer software tasks needed to account for inventory movement. The Supply Chain Technician I may also be responsible to assist in picking up and delivering supplies to departments upon request, picking up items for return and general upkeep of the inventory storeroom.
