Work Hours/Shift:
Full Time, Day and Weekends. Varied shifts. Must be flexible. 
 
You Will Be Responsible For:
With a focus on safety and strong customer service, the temperature screener is responsible for temperature checks for guests/visitors.
Qualifications
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and inform guests/visitors upon arrival at temperature check stations.
• Perform temperature checks utilizing handheld infrared thermometer following approved process and maintaining safety and infection prevention processes including appropriate use of PPE.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and communicate effectively with guests and onsite team to provide temperature rechecks when a guest/visitor arrives with an elevated temperature.
• Provide compassionate and supportive communication techniques when guests/visitors display anxiety to proceed with temperature check process.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Customer Experience acumen and professionalism

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• High school graduate or equivalent 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
• Previous experience in a customer service setting
