This session will offer an opportunity to learn how you can grow your career with a faith-based health care organization dedicated to compassionate\, whole-person care.\nDuring this session\, you will hear how we support international nurses through visa sponsorship and connect them with meaningful roles across AdventHealth. Candidates selected to move forward will receive additional information from a recruiter regarding next steps and will be scheduled for a virtual interview between October 20-23\, 2026. \nAdventHealth’s Transcultural Assimilation Program (TAP)\nThe Transcultural Assimilation Program (TAP) is designed to support internationally educated nurses as they begin their journey in the United States. Through a structured blend of education and hands-on experience\, TAP helps nurses build confidence\, adapt to U.S. nursing practice\, and feel prepared in their new environment.\nThis program is ideal for nurses who have not yet practiced in an acute care setting in the United States for more than 12 months. Our goal is to help each nurse transition with clarity\, support\, and a strong sense of belonging within AdventHealth. \nWhat You Can Expect \n\nGuided classroom learning combined with clinical orientation alongside an experienced RN preceptor\nSupport as you adapt to U.S. health care practices and workplace culture\nA welcoming environment that helps you grow professionally and personally\n\nQualifications Include:  \n\nHold a U.S. nursing license or have passed the NCLEX-RN\nHave at least two years of recent RN experience in an acute care\, tertiary setting\nDemonstrate strong English communication and competency skills\nHave basic computer skills\nMeet applicable United States Citizenship and Immigration Services requirements\n\nProgram Highlights:  \n\nPaid structured classroom learning and clinical orientation with an RN preceptor\nOne-way airfare/relocation to the United States will be reimbursed upon arrival at an AdventHealth facility\, up to $1\,500 USD.\nA $2\,000 (USD) stipend on first payday\nAccommodation for up to 60 days or a housing stipend payout of $2500 (USD) (provided during TAP classroom training)\nTransportation to all designated training activities\nA three-year employment commitment to support long-term growth and success\n\nFrequently Asked Questions (FAQs) \nQ:  Is AdventHealth a direct hire sponsor or an agency?\nA:  AdventHealth is a healthcare system providing direct hire opportunities throughout our system spanning across nine states.  Recruitment\, Visa Sponsorship\, Relocation and Training are all provided directly by AdventHealth.   \nQ:  What if I have not passed the NCLEX-RN licensing exam? \nA:  Sponsorship opportunities are available for those who have already passed the NCLEX-RN exam as a requirement for U.S. employer-based visa sponsorship. \nQ:  Can I be considered if I am not currently working in a hospital setting? \nA:  AdventHealth’s goal is to hire nurses into hospital based positions across the organization and seek to sponsor nurses who are currently in comparable practice settings.  At this time we do not have sponsorship opportunities for nurses who are not currently working in acute\, bedside practice. \nQ:  If I am selected\, do I have to pay anything as part of this process?\nA:  AdventHealth does not charge any fees to sponsored candidates; however\, as part of the immigration process\, candidates will shoulder some fees including National Visa Center Fees and fees for dependents. \nQ:  I have a “Priority Date” from another U.S. sponsors who released me.  Am I eligible for any incentives since I have a Priority Date already?\nA:  AdventHealth will utilize “Premium Processing” for Registered Nurses who have an existing Priority Date to recapture.  This will yield faster visa processing times so that nurses can reach the U.S. for start of work sooner than the regular processing times.  AdventHealth provides a comprehensive package for Registered Nurses that includes 60-days of housing and a one-time $2\,000 sign-on bonus paid on your first paycheck as an AdventHealth team member.   \nQ: If I am already in the U.S.\, will I still be able to apply?\nA: This virtual hiring event is for internationally educated RNs currently residing outside the U.S. If you are already in the U.S.\, we encourage you to explore our Nurse Residency program and other RN opportunities that may fit your visa status and qualifications. \nRegister
