The role you’ll contribute:
Evaluates and treats patients requiring audiologic intervention.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Performing audiologic evaluations during physician's clinics
Selecting, fitting, and managing hearing aid patients
Completing hearing aid repairs for walk in and drop off patients
Perform VNGs, ABRs, and newborn hearing screening follow up
Evaluate and manage tinnitus patients
Educates and counsels patient and family regarding results and treatment plans.
Maintains clinical records and follows performance improvement recommendations.
Provides information regarding appropriate support programs.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) and Illinois Audiology license.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
- Audiology credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
