Job Description:

Implements standardized procedures to streamline project management tasks. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. Works with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Monitors project progress and adjusts plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Provides regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and addressing challenges. Drafts strategic recommendations for decision-making in high-impact projects. Stays informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Supports strategic plan development using relevant data sources and dashboards. Presents findings and strategies to stakeholders through comprehensive presentations. Identifies opportunities for process optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensures coordination and alignment with market expansion initiatives for organizational growth. Mentors team members and fosters collaboration to build a strong organizational culture. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

[Required]• Exhibit competency in all Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Communication Sites, etc.) [Required]• Exposure to federal and state health care laws and regulations, including federal and state anti-kickback statutes, the Stark Law, and HIPAA. [Required]• Experience in Strategic Planning, particularly within health care / health system provider setting, with the ability to synthesize analytics and market intelligence to inform data-driven recommendations. [Preferred]

• Bachelor’s [Required]• Master’s [Preferred]

Field of Study:
• in Business, Health Services Administration, Public Health, or related field OR equivalent experience in health care strategy, business development, or management consulting experience
• in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field

Work Experience:
• 2+ of experience in healthcare strategy [Preferred]• 3+ in health care planning or finance, business development, or management consulting [Required]• Work experience in financial services, management consulting, or business planning in health care is highly desired [Preferred]
