Work Hours/Shift:
  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Handles maintenance work orders as assigned by Manager/Lead Operations Technician according to work order prioritization which includes task such as:
    • replace water filters
    • replace facet sensors
    • replace toilet/urinal components
    • replace lamps and bulbs
    • check fire extinguishers
    • tighten screw & bolts
  • Handles special projects as assigned.
  • Assists with furniture installations i.e., install monitor arms, keyboard trays etc.
  • Conducts periodic rounds of the exterior premises to discover areas that may need attention.  Reports any issues to the Manager and generates work orders for those issues.
  • Assists with Security, emergency preparedness, electrical issues, plumbing issues, changing out filters for ATUs and other projects as assigned. 
  • Assist in any other tasks as assigned.
  • Assists with Environmental services as needed.

Qualifications
What You Will Need:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Position requires a level of knowledge through high school diploma, GED, or technical certification.
  • Experience is beneficial in this position due to the necessity for self-direction and independent action.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Knowledge and ability to learn the following Microsoft Products.
  • Knowledge and ability to learn Peoplesoft maintenance management system.
  • Basic maintenance repair skills
  • Able to problem solve and trouble-shoot
Job Summary:

The employee is responsible for maintenance support services within the Facilities Management Department.  Responsibilities include maintenance work orders, assisting operation technicians, assisting with leading meeting set-up, emergency response and maintenance efforts for the corporate campus.  The position requires some heavy lifting, some basic knowledge of maintenance principles and utilization of tools. On-call availability required.
