Work Hours/Shift:
Full Time/Days

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Assist the billing office as needed to resolve unidentified deposits.
  • Assist the Billing Office in resolving balancing issues.
  • Coordinates processing and posting of all payments 
  • Oversees the timely correction of all misapplied items and review with staff as necessary.
  • Track payments on various spreadsheets.
  • Monitor SSI/EDI tracker remittance computer screens daily to ensure processing and posting of the remittances. 
  • Manage daily balancing and reconciling of daily bank deposits.
  • Review aging during the month and check status of outstanding receivables.  
  • Take necessary actions to collect.

What You Will Need:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) preferred 
  • Knowledge of Pay Span preferred
