You Will Be Responsible For:                     

  • Assumes responsibility for daily operations of Cardiovascular, pulmonary, and Heart Failure Rehab dept/program and the cardiovascular community education epartment and programs such as Heart Aware, Take Time to LIV cardiometabolic program
  • Provides supervision and direction to Cardiopulmonary Rehab and community education staff.
  • Works in close collaboration with the medical directors in all aspects of pulmonary and cardiovascular rehabilitation services and management and cardiovascular community events
  • Assist staff in procurement of equipment and supplies, giving consideration to budget, current inventory, hospital procedures, and guidelines. Maintains equipment/supplies necessary for delivery of services.
  • Must possess comprehensive understanding of cardiovascular and pulmonary disease
  • Establishes department goals based on organization strategic plan
  • Collaborates with Heart and Vascular Leadership team to review/discuss pertinent issues and strategy regarding staffing, patient care, equipment and supplies, and policies and procedures.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 2 to 5 Years of Position-Related Experience
  • Kansas Registered Nurse License or Kansas Respiratory Therapist License or Exercise Specialist Certification

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for providing system and administrative support to the team and is cross trained to perform distribution, receiving, and requisitioning tasks.  This position often represents the department to its customers and as such must communicate clearly, timely, and be responsive to requests.  The Supply Chain Coordinator will be flexible yet responsible for ensuring that multiple tasks are accomplished each day based on the needs of the department.  This position may also be responsible for recalls, returns, and/or supporting conversion projects.  The Supply Chain Coordinator is often called upon to support projects for the Supply Chain director.
