Work Hours/Shift:
  • Full TIme Day Shift
  • Monday - Friday 830AM - 5PM
 You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Works in collaboration with the Assistant Director and Business Development Manager to maximize territory growth and potential.  Regularly travels to, visits with, and services various clients and Adventists facilities within Florida, per the assigned geographic territory.
  • Maintains an effective, productive relationship with laboratory staff at all sites.
  • Explains, interprets and provides follow up on client billing issues; documents client visits and activities in data base.
  • Provides training for clients to improve satisfaction, adherence to regulations and lab processes.
  • Assists in implementing marketing plan for department, to increase client base and volumes.
What You Will Need:
  • Six (6) months experience in healthcare market, preferably in sales/marketing or client services
  • Florida Class E Drivers’ License and driving record in accordance with AH policy
  • One Year of Experience in a Clinical Laboratory Setting
 Job Summary:

The Client Liaison participates in the growth and maintenance of the outreach program of Florida Hospital Laboratories by marketing Laboratory services to community physicians and other health care providers, and working to maximize client satisfaction. Promotes and actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all persons. Ensures adherance of staff, as well as personal accountability, to the Florida Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies.
