Work Hours/Shift:
  • FT Mon - Fri 
 
You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Coordinates training schedules for new hires
  • Performs new hire training/post training assessment and assists with ongoing clinical in-service/education initiatives/remediation
  • May assist with new center openings by setting up clinic to include multi-state travel as needed
  • Maintains effective department communication:  Communicates effectively with clinical staff and center managers
  • Participates in Department Performance Improvement Activities:  Attends Clinical meetings and follows up on assignments/issues.  Completes tasks and reports ongoing performance improvement indicators.  

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Graduate of accredited MA program
  • 2 years of Urgent Care experience
  • MA Certification
  • Maintenance of Drug screen/Breath/Alcohol Testing (BAT) instructor certification after hire
  • CPR certification
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing the Clinical Field Trainer providers training for new staff and established clinical staff following Centra Care Protocols and adhering to state, federal and organizational guidelines to ensure excellent quality care and patient safety standards.  Will train new staff in the home office and in the field (may require out of state travel).  Available to work shifts as needed in the centers when not training or assist Clinical Excellence Team. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.  Must be highly engaged in establishing the Centra Care Culture in new market regions.
