You Will Be Responsible For:
DishWasher PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains condition and cleaning of floors, dishroom equipment, potsink, work station and equipment used in performance of all duties.
- Empties department trash cans and removes trash to the dock for compacting and placement in appropriate containers.
- Drains and cleans dish machine at designated times.
- Monitors and records dish machine temperatures at designated times, PSI and corrective actions on logs.
- Monitors and records pot sink sanitation levels on log as indicated.
- Participates in dish room duties of dumping, loading and unloading.
- Washes pots and pans in 3 compartment sink as needed.
- Uses cleaning chemicals correctly and in required concentrations.
- Performs other duties as assigned in café, catering, and/or production.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must have basic math skills and ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
- Good customer service skills required.
- Computer skills required
