Shifts- Full Time  3pm-11pm weekends is a must

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises/monitors staff to ensure that work is properly performed

• Creates and reviews schedules. Approves scheduling requests

• Documents all work that has been performed such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

• Regularly surveys departmental procedures for adherence to acceptable cleaning practices

• Supervises all staff by assigning work, training, hiring evaluation performance, progressive discipline and recommending termination as is appropriate

• Resolves patient satisfaction concerns in a timely manner

• May be Responsible for Clean Linen Distribution

• Maintains all tracking and accountability of linen supplies

• Reviews and updates policies and procedures to insure they remain in compliance

• Performs other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

•Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

• Ability to maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition

• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English

• Basic computer skills and knowledge

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School Education or equivalent

• Two years of technical experience
