Work Hours/Shift:
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Provides personal care per Home Health Aide Care Plan.
- Demonstrates understanding of duties for special assignments, including Developmental Disabilities program patients, Alzheimer’s’ patients, sitter staffing, End of Life Care.
- Compliant with infection control practices.
- Transfers patients of varying sizes from bed using proper body mechanics and safety equipment as needed.
- Provides accurate, complete documentation within 24 hours, reporting abnormal findings to SN by end of shift.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of Home Health Aide Certification Course or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Home Health Aide certification or Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Valid Florida driver’s license and safe driving record.
