Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Supports the Director of Organizational Integration and Campus Experience in a leadership capacity with planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Leads and develops plans and materials for the engagement and integration support of newly acquired or newly constructed facilities, the corporate campus and other system initiatives
  • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep, as well as continuous improvement, of standard integration and implementation processes and templates from deployment playbook(s)
  • Develops standardized templates, processes and procedures to effectively communicate and report progress of integration efforts
  • Leads out in stakeholder, cultural and other assessment efforts – including scheduling, conducting of interviews, and analyzing data to identify and recommend effective engagement strategies
  • Builds strong relationship(s) with cross-functional teams to understand key issues and risk, and provide insights and connections
  • Supervises permanent and ad-hoc team members in a manner that aligns with the culture of the organization

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Change Management, Communications, Organizational Design or related field
  • 5+ years-experience required in one or more of the following: healthcare operations, communications, project management, change management, human resources, management, or related field
  • Some travel required, based upon needs of the project/assignment
  • PROSCI Certification or PMP, preferred
Job Summary:

The Manager of Organizational Integration will lead the implementation of engagement and readiness activities of systems, processes, and people for newly acquired businesses, the corporate campus and other system initiatives. Working in coordination with many cross-functional teams, the Manager will help develop, coordinate and deliver on plans to ensure a smooth and seamless experience to all stakeholder groups. This role will bring relevant experience and a proven track record of success in organizing large scale projects, adherence to timelines, change management practices and strong communication collateral development.
