Work Hours/Shift: 40/hrs a week. Must have availability from 7am-7pm
You Will Be Responsible For:

- Serves as the trainer and effective mentor and educational resource to staff with emphasis on training new employees and employees identified as needing more training. Serves as an additional resource, when needed, regarding billing or coding issues at the practice.
- Support the training efforts related to athenahealth, Cerner, and/or other software applications, and continuing education training across the medical group.
- Provides valuable information to supervisors for employee performance evaluations, as needed.
- Deliver effective functionality and work flow training to end users.
- Tailor training delivery based on the specific style of the adult learner to achieve the desired comprehension and proficiency.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
- High school graduate or equivalent is required.
- One-year medical receptionist experience
- Bilingual, preferred
- Must be familiar with Athena and Phreesia and others as required
- Diagnosis coding and medical billing experience
- 6 months of medical receptionist trainer experience preferred
