Work Hours/Shift:

PRN Days.  Need to be flexible for varying shifts

You Will Be Responsible For:

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

•                   Assist with the positioning and prepping of Surgical Patients.

•                   Assist in the transport to and from Surgical Services.

•                   Assist in setting up and opening OR suites.

•                   Assist in tearing down and decontamination of OR suites.

•                   Routinely run for equipment and supplies.


Qualifications
What You Will Need:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
 

•          Knowledge of all surgical supplies and equipment.

•          Basic medical terminology.

•          Basic understanding of procedures performed, medical equipment, beds, positioning devices.

 
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:
•       N/A
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
•          High school diploma or equivalent
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
 

•      1 year experience in an Operating Room

 
 

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

•          BCLS
