Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Graduate of a school of nursing
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing

Job Summary:
The (Logistics) Patient Placement Coordinator is a professional registered nurse who has the responsibility to plan, prioritize, organize, direct and control all admissions and transfers between nursing units and hospitals for the AdventHealth Orlando. Acts as a liaison between referring hospitals, physicians, offices, and nursing department on issues pertaining to the placement of all patients. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
