Work Hours/Shift

Full Time Weekend Days

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Participate in Administrative call rotation as scheduled.
  • Accept and process new patient referrals.
  • Perform functions of intake, including accepting and declining referrals, processing and scheduling.
  • Maintain staff schedules in conjunction with Home Health scheduler.
  • Collaborate with Patient Care Supervisors about concerns with staff performance or competencies. 

What You Will Need:

  • Strong, positive interpersonal skills required.
  • Proven record of successful supervisory positions, preferably in home health industry required.
  • Current computer software experience required.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing required.
  • Minimum of 2 year degree in nursing required.
  • Current RN licensure with the State of North Carolina required.
  • Current BLS required.
  • A new hire may begin employment provided the facility has the ability to facilitate the successful completion of the required AHA BLS program prior to any patient contract.  This may be achieved using web based training with voice assisted manikin skills check off (ie: Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) Program of Heartcode) or instructor-led training. 
  • Valid drivers license and current automobile insurance required.
  • Job Summary

    Responsible for the supervision of all non-therapy clinical services for Home Health patients, i.e. nursing, nurse aide, social work. Provide coordination and oversight of appropriate and timely care and documentation, including case assignments and problem/complaint resolutions.
